SFPL a well-managed company is under the Supervision of Sh. Sanjay Rastogi, FCA & LLB and is assisted by two qualified Directors. The field staff is under direct supervision of 10 Vice Presidents, 13 Operational Heads, and 120 Field Supervisors.

SFPL has a well-integrated Kiosk Network spread over 11 States, covering 189 districts, and having 5,000 BC Agents. SFPL has a technology-driven dashboard to facilitate the functionaries with their performance statistics.

It is important to mention here that SFPL has been instrumental in providing financial services during demonetization and COVID and has been proactive in responding to various calls given by the Banks or the government towards achieving various social objective like Atal Pension Yojana (APY), Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojna (PMJJBY) and Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojna (PMSBY).
